MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepares detailed engineering drawings used for the standard installation of Maynilad facilities and other drawings that may be required to support the delivery of PMD Engineering services.
2. Revises and updates existing drawings reflecting design and standard changes.
3. Layouts, draws, renders and reproduces illustrations for reference material and technical publications to describe operation and maintenance of Maynilad systems.
4. Supports the engineering design team in the preparation of CAPEX contract drawings including the preparation of layout survey data and other CAD related works as necessary.
5. Assists in maintaining engineering records.
6. Performs other related engineering and management tasks as may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Associate degree graduate of any technical course preferably of Drafting, Mechanical, Civil or Architectural programs
Preferably with at least two CAD related training certificates conducted in the past three (3) years

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES
Proficiency with computer software related to computer-aided design (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SOLIDWORKS, etc.)
Ability to create and utilize documents using programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Effective written and oral communication
