The Program Management Engineer is responsible for the preparation and updating of project reports for internal and external offices, and storing data and records for document retrieval and archives.
- Prepares Capex reports.
- Gathers data and prepares consolidated project status on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Ensures completeness and correctness of turned over project documents (i.e., variation orders, time extensions, and other construction project files), scans and uploads the project documents in the Maynilad Portal.
- Responsible for the control of records generated by Capex Monitoring and Cost Management and other IMS related documents.
- Does other tasks as may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering (must be a licensed Engineer)
Minimum of one (1) year experience preferably in project monitoring works or any other related field
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES
Computer literate (Microsoft Office) with the ability to learn new software applications
Preferably knowledgeable in SAP and SharePoint
With good oral and written communication skills and excellent listening skills
With analytical thinking and decision making skills
Highly organized and process-oriented
Hardworking, assertive and resourceful
With strong attention to details and discretion to confidential information
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Results-driven and proactive
Customer service oriented
With high/good moral values
Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule
Can work under pressure with minimal supervision
